Jan. 10, 2023 — DENTON — The U.S. Division of Training has awarded a $1.2 million grant aimed toward supporting psychological well being efforts for Okay-12 college students to 2 Texas Lady’s college members.

Lisa Grubbs, PhD, and Bonnie King, PhD, college members in Human Growth, Household Research and Counseling within the Faculty of Skilled Training, will use the grant to fund coaching and area expertise in school-based psychological well being providers for TWU college students. In flip, the TWU college students would apply their coaching to serve Okay-12 college students at Uplift Training constitution colleges.
